Quilla is a B2B marketing services business. We operate as a partnership providing marketing consultancy, embedded marketing, and channel services to B2B clients.

What personal data we collect

We collect only what we need. When you contact us through our website, we collect:

• Your name
• Your company name
• Your email address
• The message you send us
• Any budget or project information you choose to share

If you become a client, we may also collect billing information, company registration details, and information relevant to delivering your project.

We may collect anonymised usage data through analytics tools (see the Cookie Policy for more detail).

Why we collect it

We collect your contact information to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the services we have agreed with you. We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing, and we do not sell it to anyone.

Legal basis for processing

• Legitimate interest — responding to a genuine business enquiry you have initiated
• Contract performance — processing data necessary to deliver services you have engaged us for

Enquiry data is retained for up to 12 months. Client data is retained for the duration of the engagement and for a reasonable period afterwards (typically up to 6 years) for legal and accounting purposes. When data is no longer needed, we delete it.
