The situation

ConnectaVerse arrived with ambition but a fragile foundation. A previous agency had left broken analytics, no coherent SEO strategy, thin service pages, and positioning that blurred into a crowded market. They wanted to compete against established global players. They had the product to do it. They did not have the infrastructure.

We took fractional CMO ownership across every channel that mattered: SEO, content, conversion rate optimisation, analytics, and LinkedIn. Not as separate workstreams — as one connected growth system.

What we did

Fixed the foundations (Marketing Ops)

GA4 and GTM were repaired. GDPR compliance was implemented properly. Service pages were restructured. A keyword strategy was built from scratch. This is what our Marketing Operations service looks like in practice.

Built authority from zero

We secured high-authority backlinks from domains rated DR 77, DR 57, and DR 41. We built and optimised missing service pages and improved internal linking architecture so the site worked as a whole, not a collection of disconnected pages.

Outranked the category leaders

ConnectaVerse outranked Deloitte in the US and Santander across the EU and UK for bottom-of-funnel international expansion terms — on both Google and Bing.

Validated LinkedIn as a growth channel

We built consistent reach and engagement on LinkedIn and validated LinkedIn Ads as a scalable paid channel with strong cost-per-leads and genuine ICP fit.

Worked beyond marketing

When ConnectaVerse needed to evaluate platform development vendors, we applied technical pressure-testing to the process — questioning assumptions and surfacing risks before commitments were made.
